Trillion Labs는 AI와 대규모 언어모델을 연구·개발하는 기술 기업입니다. 초기 아이덴티티에서는 ‘Trillion’이라는 이름의 스케일과 연구 조직으로서의 신뢰를 동시에 보여주면서, 흔한 AI 그래픽과 구분되는 독자적인 상징이 필요했습니다.Trillion Labs researches and develops AI and large language models. The early identity needed to show both the scale in the name Trillion and the credibility of a research organisation, with a symbol distinct from the usual AI graphics.

과제The Challenge

거대한 숫자나 AI를 직접적인 데이터 그래픽으로 표현하면 쉽게 추상적이고 유사한 인상으로 수렴할 수 있었습니다. 기술 기업의 정밀함을 유지하면서도 한 번에 기억되는 상징과, 글로벌 환경에서 작게 사용해도 형태가 무너지지 않는 구조가 필요했습니다.Expressing enormous numbers or AI through literal data graphics converges quickly on abstract and interchangeable impressions. The mark had to keep the precision of a technology company, land in one look, and hold its form at small sizes in global use.

디자인 접근Design Approach

숫자 3과 삼각형의 구조를 탐색하고 이를 사자의 얼굴과 결합했습니다. 갈기를 구성하는 12개의 점은 trillion에 포함된 12개의 0을 시각적으로 환기하며, 이름의 수적 스케일을 설명문 없이 심볼 안에 담습니다.The structure of the number three and the triangle was explored and merged with the face of a lion. The twelve dots forming the mane recall the twelve zeros inside a trillion, carrying the numeric scale of the name inside the symbol without a line of explanation.

비주얼·경험 시스템Visual / Experience System

기하학적 심볼을 중심으로 흑백 기반의 단단한 그래픽, 건축적인 패턴과 재료감이 결합된 응용 체계를 만들었습니다. 자연스러운 콘크리트 질감과 정교한 기하 구조를 함께 사용해 연구 조직의 기반과 기술적 정밀함이 동시에 느껴지도록 했습니다.Around the geometric symbol, an application system was built on firm black and white graphics combined with architectural pattern and material. Natural concrete texture sits alongside precise geometry so the foundation of a research organisation and its technical precision are felt at the same time.
